1. 10:10 PM 19/07 - An updated policy was deployed by Paydock which affected the Paydock Widget, this resulted in customers not being able to enter their credit card details. Only payments requiring card entry were impacted, wallet payments remained accessible as did stored card payments.

2. 10:48 PM 19/07 The issue was identified.

3. 10:50 PM 19/07 The issue was acknowledged and was escalated.

4. 11:52 PM 19/07 Paydock rolled back the updated policy which resolved the issue.
