Paydock experienced an outage across our payments ecosystem for 1 hour 40 minutes on Sunday 29th of January 2023, UTC. We isolated this incident to a full outage with our third-party provider MongoDB Atlas. We believe this may be related to an earlier incident with this vendor that did not affect processing. We are waiting for this provider's full root cause analysis before adjusting our monitoring and support functions to anticipate future events like this.
The issue has been resolved and we are closing this incident. We apologise for any inconvenience to our merchants and integration partners.

Resolved -
We identified a potential issue in the Paydock subscription processing environment. This resulted in an increase in processing time for subscription charges. The cause of the issue was in the queue which has accumulated too large a batch of subscriptions. We are taking measures to plan the capacity for processing large subscription volumes on time.
At the moment, subscriptions are processed according to the planned schedule.
